Dr. Laura Gabayan, author of Common Wisdom, discusses the eight scientific elements of a meaningful life. She conducted interviews with 60 wise individuals between the ages of 50 and 79 and identified resilience, positivity, spirituality, humility, tolerance, creativity, curiosity, and connection as the key elements of wisdom. These elements are not limited by gender, race, or political affiliation. Dr. Gabayan emphasizes the importance of living in faith, not fear, and approaching obstacles with strength and resilience. She also highlights the power of gratitude and positivity in finding contentment and fulfilment in life.
